常州工學院新校區(qū)師生活動中心復雜結構設計

摘 要

[摘要]常州工學院新校區(qū)師生活動中心是一棟建筑造型獨特的綜合性校園建筑,主要功能為音樂廳、師生活動中心以及相關的配套用房等。從總體的建筑平面和立面布置來看,音樂廳和師生活動中心是兩個相對獨立的功能體塊,但二者之間又有一定的聯(lián)系。首先兩者在2層平臺是功能相通的,其次,在各自的鋼筋混凝土屋面之上,二者還共同覆蓋有一個完整聯(lián)通的鋼結構屋蓋。本工程通過設置防震縫及自適應隔振機構層等結構構造措施,通過三個相對簡單的結構體系的組合實現(xiàn)了復雜的建筑造型,合理地規(guī)避了宏觀的抗震不規(guī)則項,將結構抗震設計要求與建筑造型進行了有機結合。

Design of complex structure of teacher and student activity center of the new campus of  Changzhou Institute of Technology

Abstract:The teacher and student activity center of the new campus of Changzhou Institute of Technology is a comprehensive campus building with a unique architectural shape. Its main functions include a concert hall, a teacher and student activity center and related supporting rooms. Judging from the overall architectural plan and elevation layout, the concert hall and the teacher and student activity center are two relatively independent functional blocks, but there is a certain connection between the two. Firstly, the two are functionally connected on the second-floor platform, and secondly, on the respective reinforced concrete roof, the two are also covered with a completely connected steel structure roof. This project has adopted structural construction measures such as seismic joints and adaptive vibration isolation mechanism layers, and achieved a complex building shape through the combination of three relatively simple structural systems, which reasonably evaded the macro-seismic irregularities and integrated the requirements for seismic design of the structure with the building model.
