[摘要]以豎向布置沿高度多次內(nèi)縮的某超高層建筑為研究對(duì)象,采用了有限元分析軟件ETABS,對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全過程的施工模擬力學(xué)性能分析。對(duì)其分別考慮一次性整體加載、不考慮混凝土收縮徐變和考慮混凝土收縮徐變,各施工樓層的豎向位移、水平位移和部分主要構(gòu)件內(nèi)力的變化情況,以及施工至部分主要樓層時(shí)考慮外筒框架向陽(yáng)面與背陽(yáng)面溫差作用對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)水平位移的影響。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于豎向布置沿高度多次內(nèi)縮的超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)水平位移的分析與對(duì)豎向位移的分析同等重要;考慮混凝土收縮徐變時(shí),其對(duì)施工期結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形的影響明顯要大于其對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)水平變形的影響,特別是在此類建筑的后期施工和使用階段;考慮向陽(yáng)面與背陽(yáng)面溫差與否對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)水平位移影響較為明顯。施工模擬分析結(jié)果對(duì)豎向布置沿高度內(nèi)縮的超高層建筑在施工期的變形質(zhì)量控制具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。

Construction simulation analysis of a super high-rise building with vertical indentations along the height

Abstract:Taking a super high-rise building that has multiple vertical indentations along the height as the research object, the finite element analysis software ETABS was used to perform the entire construction simulation mechanical performance analysis of the structure. Impacts of one-time overall loading and shrinkage and creep of concrete were considered respectively on the vertical displacement, horizontal displacement of each construction floor and the change of internal force of some main components. In addition, the influence of the temperature difference between the sunny side and the night side of the outer tube frame on the horizontal displacement of the structure was considered when the construction reached some main floors. The analysis results show that the analysis of horizontal displacement is as important as the analysis of vertical displacement for the super high-rise buildings with multiple vertical indentations along the height; the impact of the shrinkage and creep of concrete on the vertical deformation of the structure during the construction period is significantly greater than the impact on the horizontal deformation of the structure, especially in the later construction and use stage of such buildings; the temperature difference between the sunny side and the night side of the facade has obvious influence on the horizontal displacement of the structure. The construction simulation analysis results had an important guiding significance for the deformation quality control of this kind of super high-rise building with vertical indentations along the height in the construction period.
