某超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設計與分析

[摘要]某工程采用鋼管混凝土柱、鋼梁、鋼筋桁架樓承板、鋼筋混凝土剪力墻組成的混合框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,由于建筑使用功能和客觀條件的限制,結(jié)構(gòu)存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、偏心布置、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)等特點;此外,建筑還在多處采用了穿層柱、托柱轉(zhuǎn)換梁、斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換等結(jié)構(gòu)形式,屬于體型不規(guī)則的超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。對結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則特性采取了一系列的抗震性能化設計措施,結(jié)構(gòu)按整體模型和切塊模型進行包絡設計,并對結(jié)構(gòu)整體進行了罕遇地震作用下動力彈塑性分析,利用ANSYS對復雜節(jié)點的承載力進行了有限元分析。計算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)設計可靠,滿足預期的抗震性能目標。

Structural design and analysis of an out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract:A mixed frame shear wall structural system composed of concrete-filled steel tubular column, steel beam, steel bar truss deck  and reinforced concrete shear wall was used in a project. Due to the limitations of the building′s function and objective conditions, the structure had the characteristics of irregular torsion, eccentric layout, irregular concave convex and discontinuous floor slab. In addition, the structural forms such as cross-layer column, supporting column transfer beam and inclined column transfer were also used in the building, and it belonged to a kind of out-of-code high-rise structure with irregular shape. A series of performance-based seismic design measures were taken for the irregular characteristics of the structure. The envelope design of the structure was carried out based on the whole model and the block model, and the dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of the whole structure under the rare earthquake was carried out, and the finite element analysis of the bearing capacity of the complex joint was carried out by using ANSYS. The calculation results show that the structural design is reliable and meets the expected seismic performance targets.
