普陀龍灣項目連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]普陀龍灣項目1號塔樓19層和2號塔樓18層連接形成連體結(jié)構(gòu)。兩棟塔樓高度不同,為非對稱雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu),主體采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),連體部分采用鋼空腹桁架。介紹了項目的工程概況、結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計指標、連體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計要點,并對多程序的計算結(jié)果進行分析對比。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計融入了抗震性能化的設(shè)計思想,對連體部分舒適度、構(gòu)件受力進行了細致的分析。罕遇地震作用下,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了彈塑性動力時程分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件滿足中震不屈服(關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件在中震作用下保持彈性)的抗震性能目標,結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標均滿足規(guī)范的要求。

Connected structure design of Putuo Longwan Project

Abstract:The 19th floor of tower 1 and the 18th floor of tower 2 are connected to form a connected structure for putuo Longwan Project. The two towers have different heights and are asymmetric double-tower connected structures. The main body adopts a frame-shear wall structure, and the connected part adopts a steel open-web truss. The project′s engineering overview, overall structural design indicators and design points of the connected structure were introduced, and the calculation results of multiple programs were analyzed and compared. The structural design incorporated design ideas for performance-based seismic design, and a detailed analysis of the comfort degree of the connected parts and the stress on the components was conducted. The dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure was performed under rare earthquakes. The analysis results show that the main lateral force-resisting members of the structure meet the seismic performance target of non-yield (the key members remain elastic under the action of fortification earthquakes), and all the structural indicators meet the requirements of the code.
