[摘要]制作了3種基于“十字搭扣榫”連接形式的膠合木疊木斗栱模型,對模型進(jìn)行豎向加載試驗及有限元研究,得到了膠合木疊木斗栱的破壞形式、荷載傳遞規(guī)律、荷載-位移曲線。結(jié)果表明:膠合木疊木斗栱破壞主要為第一層縱橫向木枋受彎,槽口發(fā)生劈裂破壞;荷載傳遞呈“倒三角”形式;豎向承載力相較于傳統(tǒng)斗栱提高了近70%;層數(shù)越多荷載傳遞越均勻,延性隨著出跳間距的增加而降低;有限元模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果較為吻合。以江蘇省常州市武進(jìn)區(qū)淹城中學(xué)體育館項目中的膠合木疊木斗栱為例,驗證了其用于工程項目的可行性。

Study on mechanical properties of glued laminated wood Dougong and its engineering practice

Abstract:Three models of glued laminated wood Dougong based on the “cross-shaped tenon” connection form were produced. The model was subjected to vertical loading tests and finite element research to obtain the failure modes, load transfer laws and the load-displacement curve. Results show that the failure of the glued laminated wood Dougong is mainly caused by the bending of the first layer of vertical and horizontal clogs and the splitting of the slot; the load transfer is in the form of an “inverted triangle”; the vertical bearing capacity is increased by nearly 70% compared with the traditional Dougong; the more the layers are, the more uniform the load transfer is, and the ductility decreases with the increase of the cantilever distance; the finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The glued laminated wood Dougong in Yancheng Middle School Gymnasium Project in Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province was taken as an example to verify its feasibility in engineering projects.
