[摘要]通過(guò)4組16根木梁的試驗(yàn),分析了開(kāi)孔鋼板配筋率和增強(qiáng)方式等對(duì)木梁破壞模式、極限荷載和抗彎剛度等的影響,并將開(kāi)孔鋼板增強(qiáng)木梁與未增強(qiáng)木梁進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,開(kāi)孔鋼板對(duì)木梁結(jié)構(gòu)性能的增強(qiáng)作用明顯,使得木梁破壞模式逐漸向延性的受壓屈服破壞轉(zhuǎn)變;相對(duì)于未增強(qiáng)木梁,增強(qiáng)木梁的極限荷載和抗彎剛度分別提高了26-6%~450%和7-0%~31-2%;通過(guò)開(kāi)孔鋼板的增強(qiáng),木材的利用率明顯提升,具體表現(xiàn)為木梁在破壞時(shí)的應(yīng)變,尤其是壓應(yīng)變提高達(dá)50-0%左右,有利于節(jié)約木材。

Experimental study on flexural behavior of perforated steel plate reinforced timber beam

Abstract:Based on the experiment of four groups of 16 timber beams, the influence of reinforcement ratio and reinforcement method of perforated steel plate on the failure mode, ultimate load and flexural rigidity of timber beams was analyzed, and the comparison between the reinforced timber beams with perforated steel plate and the unreinforced timber beams was carried out. The experimental results show that the reinforced effect of perforated steel plate on the structural performance of timber beam is obvious, which makes the failure mode of timber beam gradually change to the ductile compression yield failure; compared with the unreinforced timber beam, the ultimate load and flexural rigidity of the reinforced timber beam are increased by 26-6%~45-0% and 7-0%~31-2% respectively; through the reinforcement of perforated steel plate, the utilization rate of timber beam is obviously improved, which is manifested in that the timber can be saved after the strain (especially the compressive strain) of the timber beam after the failure is increased to about 50-0%.
