[摘要]重慶某商業(yè)中心項目體量大,整個場地屬于高填方區(qū),東西側(cè)道路高差約為19m,高邊坡產(chǎn)生的土壓力部分將傳遞至主體結(jié)構(gòu)。為保證邊坡和擬建建筑物的安全,重點對邊坡土壓力下和地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性進(jìn)行了分析和評估,且在分析過程中考慮了場地穩(wěn)定性和主體結(jié)構(gòu)的交互影響。詳細(xì)介紹了場地和整體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性分析的原則和方法、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計條件和分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,通過結(jié)構(gòu)退階設(shè)計(掉層結(jié)構(gòu))可有效減小邊坡土壓力,設(shè)置抗推剪力墻可提高地下室各層局部傳遞土壓力的可靠度,從而保證了整個場地邊坡的穩(wěn)定性和擬建項目的安全。

Site stability analysis and structural design method for a high slope project in Chongqing

Abstract:A commercial center project in Chongqing has a large volume, and the whole site belongs to a high soil fill area. The height difference between the east and the west sides of the road is about 19m. The soil pressure generated by the high slope is transmitted to the main structure partly. In order to ensure the safety of the slope and the proposed building, the analysis and evaluation were conducted of the safety of the structure under the slope soil pressure and earthquake action, and the interaction between the site stability and the main structure in the analysis process was considered. The principle and method of stability analysis of site and whole structure, structural design conditions and analysis results were introduced in detail. The results show that the step back design of the structure can effectively reduce the soil pressure of the slope, and the anti-push shear wall can improve the reliability of the local transfer of soil pressure in each layer of the basement, so as to ensure the stability of the whole site slope and the safety of the proposed project.
