[摘要]珠海橫琴國際交易廣場是由兩棟高度、體型差異均較大的塔樓組成的不對稱、復(fù)雜高位連體結(jié)構(gòu),并且兩塔樓均存在核心筒高寬比大、抗側(cè)剛度不足的難點。設(shè)計中創(chuàng)新性地采用了混凝土空腹桁架加強(qiáng)層和半剛性連體結(jié)構(gòu)體系,在實現(xiàn)建筑立面效果的同時,又保證了結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能,解決了傳統(tǒng)不設(shè)縫剛性連體剛度越大地震力越大的難題,可為類似不對稱連體工程項目提供參考。

Innovative design of complex connected structure in Zhuhai Hengqin International Trade Square

Abstract:Zhuhai Hengqin International Trade Square is a complex high-position connected structure, which consists of two asymmetrical towers with different heights and body shapes. In addition, there are some design difficulties in both towers, such as large height to width ratio of corewall and insufficient lateral stiffness. In the design, the concrete vierendeel truss reinforcement layer and semi-rigid connected structure system were innovatively adopted, which realizes the building facade effect, ensures the good seismic performance of the structure, solves the problem that the seismic force increased with the rigidity of the traditional rigid connected structure without joints, and provides reference for similar asymmetric connected projects.
