某超高層復(fù)雜連體結(jié)構(gòu)受力特點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)分析

[摘要]中冶口岸大廈為超高層連體結(jié)構(gòu),高低塔通過4層底部桁架支承剛性連體相連,兩棟塔樓體量差別較大,主軸方向不一致,連體需要傳遞軸力、彎矩、剪力。采用簡化模型分析不同主軸方向連體的受力規(guī)律,得出連體的頂層和底層需要傳力較大;實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),對于結(jié)構(gòu)4項(xiàng)不規(guī)則項(xiàng),提出合理的抗震性能目標(biāo),采用彈性分析及動力彈塑性時(shí)程分析相結(jié)合的方式;同時(shí)對連體進(jìn)行了多種樓板假定的分析和設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)果表明:連體方案設(shè)計(jì)合理,設(shè)計(jì)加強(qiáng)措施有效,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)能滿足規(guī)范和性能目標(biāo)的要求;采用整體吊裝的施工方案可節(jié)約工期。

Analysis of mechanical characteristics and difficulties of a super high-rise complex connected structure

Abstract:MCC port building is a super high-rise connected structure. The high and low towers are connected by rigid connection supported by 4-story high bottom trusses. The volumes of the two towers are quite different, and the main axis directions are not the same. The connection needs to transfer axial force, bending moment and shear force. The simplified model was used to analyze the mechanical law of the connected body in different principal directions, and it was concluded that the top and bottom layers of the connected body needed to transmit more forces. In the actual engineering design, the reasonable seismic performance objectives were proposed for four irregular items of the structure, and the combination of elastic analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was adopted. At the same time, the connected body was analyzed and designed based on a variety of floor assumptions. The results show that the design of the connected scheme is reasonable, the design strengthening measures are effective, and the structural indexes can meet the requirements of the specifications and performance objectives. The  overall lifting construction scheme can save the construction period.
