［摘要］南京某商業(yè)裙房為大體量的超限高層商業(yè)建筑，平面呈L形，立面存在多處外挑和內(nèi)收；建筑功能復(fù)雜且存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、偏心布置、樓板不連續(xù)、尺寸突變、局部不規(guī)則共4項(xiàng)不規(guī)則項(xiàng)。建筑采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系，通過(guò)YJK，MIDAS和SAUSAGE多種計(jì)算程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)整體進(jìn)行了彈性和彈塑性計(jì)算分析、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)、各項(xiàng)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)分析等。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明，主體結(jié)構(gòu)能達(dá)到設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo)要求，結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有有效的耗能機(jī)制和良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of a large\|scale commerical podium in Nanjing

Abstract:The large-scale commercial podium in Nanjing is  over-limit high-rise commercial building with an L-shaped plan. The building facade has multiple external picks and introversions. The building function is complex and there are four irregular items，including torsional irregularity, eccentric layout, discontinuous floor, abrupt size change, and local irregularity. The building adopts reinforced concrete frame structure system. Through various calculation programs of YJK, MIDAS and SAUSAGE, elastic and elastoplastic calculation analysis, structural seismic performance design, and various special analyses of the structure were carried out. The calculation results show that the main structure can meet the set performance target requirements, and the structural system has an effective energy dissipation mechanism and good seismic performance.
