[摘要]結(jié)合建筑特點,主要介紹了某300m超高層辦公塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,采用混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,塔樓高區(qū)外框柱全部采用斜柱,并結(jié)合幕墻變化達到建筑設(shè)計立面效果。采用多種計算軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)整體進行了彈性和彈塑性計算分析、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計、外框柱穩(wěn)定分析。結(jié)果表明,主體結(jié)構(gòu)能達到設(shè)定的性能目標要求,結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有有效的耗能機制和良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of a 300m high super high-rise office tower building

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of the building, the structural design of a 300m high super high-rise office tower building was mainly introduced. It adopted the concrete frame-core wall structural system. The outer frame columns of the high-position zone of the tower building were all inclined columns, and the facade effect of the architectural design was achieved by combining the curtain wall change. The elastic and elastic-plastic analysis, the performance-based seismic design and the stability analysis of the frame column were carried out by using various calculation programs. The results show that the main structure can meet the performance objectives, and the structural system has an effective energy dissipation mechanism and good seismic performance.
