高地震烈度區(qū)200m全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)塔樓設(shè)計研究

[摘要]基于規(guī)范加速度反應譜,推導了多質(zhì)點結(jié)構(gòu)位移反應和位移角限值的關(guān)系。從理論上解釋了高地震烈度區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)周期較短的原因,以及控制結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量剛度比和選擇變形能力較強結(jié)構(gòu)體系的重要性。基于某抗震設(shè)防烈度8度半?yún)^(qū)高200m的塔樓,對混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系和全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系進行分析比較,最終采用由鋼框架、內(nèi)筒鋼支撐、Y向立面大斜撐和兩個加強層構(gòu)成的多重抗側(cè)力全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系。對不同抗側(cè)構(gòu)件的影響、加強層敏感性、立面大斜撐敏感性、大底盤的影響、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點和塔樓樁基抗拉等關(guān)鍵設(shè)計問題進行分析,并列出抗震性能目標供類似項目參考。

Study on design of 200m high steel structural tower building in high seismic fortification intensity region

Abstract:Based on the standard acceleration response spectrum, the relationship between displacement response and displacement angle limit value of multi-point structure was derived. The reason of short natural period of the structure in high seismic fortification intensity region was explained theoretically, and the importance of controlling the mass stiffness ratio of structure and selecting the structural system with strong deformation ability was also explained. Based on a tower with a height of 200m in high-intensity seismic region, the hybrid structural system and steel structural system were analyzed and compared. A multi-lateral force resistant steel structural system was finally adopted consisting of steel frame, inner tube steel support, large diagonal brace of Y-direction facade and two strengthening layers. The key design problems were analyzed such as the influence of different lateral force resistant members, the sensitivity of strengthening layer, the sensitivity of large diagonal brace of facade, the influence of large chassis, the key nodes and the tension of tower pile foundation. The seismic performance objectives were listed for reference of similar projects.
