［摘要］350m高的深圳漢京中心是目前國(guó)內(nèi)已建成的最高無(wú)混凝土核心筒全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑。該項(xiàng)目建筑平面特殊，存在平面整體性差、抗側(cè)剛度不足、平面重心與豎向剛度中心距離較大等難題，由美方設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案不是非常理想且用鋼量偏大。本地設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)在初步設(shè)計(jì)中后期，深入分析了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的特點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行了一系列成功的調(diào)整優(yōu)化，在整體指標(biāo)沒(méi)有明顯變化的前提下減少了近30%的用鋼量，并大幅提升了建筑品質(zhì)。

Optimization and adjustment for full steel structure of Shenzhen Hanking Center

Abstract:The 350m high Shenzhen Hanking Center is the highest concrete-free steel corewall structure building in China. Because of the special plane of the building, there were some problems such as poor plane integrity, insufficient lateral stiffness, and large distance between the plane center of gravity and the vertical stiffness center. In addition, the structural scheme designed by the US was not very ideal and the steel consumption was too large. In the middle and later stage of the preliminary design, the local design team deeply analyzed the characteristics of the structural system and carried out a series of successful adjustments and optimizations. Under the premise that the overall index did not change significantly, the steel consumption was reduced by nearly 30%, and the building quality was greatly improved.
