[摘要]南寧華潤大廈A座是由底部辦公、頂部酒店組成的445m超高層建筑。因其建筑功能及立面要求,形體沿高度由南向北逐漸收縮,核心筒頂部單邊收進(jìn),這種特殊的體型給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)帶來很多復(fù)雜的難題。首先對核心筒偏心收進(jìn)引起的基礎(chǔ)不均勻沉降進(jìn)行研究,然后對斜墻部位的受力特性和結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)措施進(jìn)行分析和闡述,最后就豎向偏心荷載下結(jié)構(gòu)的水平變形進(jìn)行解讀,并提出結(jié)構(gòu)解決方案。

Research on design difficulty of corewall eccentric indention in 445m high super tall building

Abstract:Nanning China Resources Tower A is a 445m high super tall building composed of offices at the bottom and hotels at the top. Because of its architectural function and facade requirements, the shape gradually shrinks from south to north along the height, and the top of the corewall is indented unilaterally. This special shape brought many complex problems to the structural design. Firstly, the uneven foundation settlement caused by the corewall eccentric indention was studied, and then the mechanical characteristics of the oblique shear wall and the structural strengthening measures were analyzed and elaborated. Finally, the horizontal displacement of the structure under the vertical eccentric load was interpreted, and the structural solutions were proposed.
