[摘要]近年來,我國建筑行業(yè)大力推進建筑工業(yè)化。為解決鋼筋混凝土裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)存在的連接整體性等問題,提出一種新型免模裝配一體化建筑工業(yè)化結(jié)構(gòu)體系(簡稱PI結(jié)構(gòu)體系),闡述了PI結(jié)構(gòu)體系的技術(shù)思路、構(gòu)件的力學(xué)性能試驗研究成果,以及在多、高層建筑中的應(yīng)用。研究及應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系力學(xué)性能與現(xiàn)澆體系完全一致,安裝簡單、快捷,節(jié)約工期,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。

Key techniques development and research of formwork-free precast integration system of RC structure

Abstract:In recent years, China's construction industry vigorously promotes construction industrialization. In order to solve the problems of connection integrity of reinforced concrete precast structure, a new type of formwork-free precast integration industrial structural system (PI structure system for short) was proposed. The technical idea of PI structural system, the experimental results of mechanical performance of members, and its application in multi and high-rise buildings were described. The research and application results show that the mechanical properties of the structural system are completely consistent with that of the cast-in-place system, because the installation is simple and fast and the construction period is saved, and it has a broad application prospect.
