鄰近地鐵超高層建筑變形控制方法研究

[摘要]超高層建筑具有基礎沉降變形大、施工周期長的特點。在緊鄰地鐵的情況下,應保證在施工和使用過程中不影響地鐵的正常運營。結合新北京中心三期超高層項目,研究了超高層建筑對地鐵產生的豎向和水平變形控制方法。比較了不同的樁長對超高層建筑豎向沉降的影響,選定合理樁長,并采用三維數值分析進行計算復核;分析了塔樓施工過程中基礎的變形趨勢以及對地鐵結構的影響,采用分期施工和逆作法的方式,以減少基坑開挖對地鐵造成變形影響;研究了設置隔離樁來減少超高層建筑對地鐵變形影響的方法。通過采用上述方法措施,妥善解決了地鐵鄰近建筑的變形控制問題。

Research on deformation control method of super high-rise building adjacent to subway

Abstract:Super high-rise building has the characteristics of large foundation settlement deformation and long construction period. In the case of being adjacent to the subway, it shall be ensured that the normal operation of the subway will not be affected in the process of construction and use of the super high-rise building. Combined with the third phase super high-rise building project of the New Beijing Center, the control method of vertical and horizontal deformation caused by super high-rise building adjacent to subway was studied. The influence of different pile lengths on the vertical settlement of super high-rise building was compared, the reasonable pile length was selected, and three-dimensional numerical analysis method was used for calculation and recheck. The deformation trend of foundation in the process of tower construction and the influence on subway structure were analyzed, and the method of staged construction and reverse construction was used to reduce the deformation impact of foundation pit excavation on subway. The method of reducing the influence of super high-rise building on the deformation of subway by setting up isolation piles was studied. By adopting the above measures, the deformation control of the super high-rise buildings adjacent to the subway was properly solved.
