[摘要]對(duì)45根熱軋Q420高強(qiáng)度角鋼進(jìn)行了軸心受壓試驗(yàn),得到了3種不同尺寸截面和5種不同長細(xì)比的角鋼試件的穩(wěn)定承載力和破壞模式。寬厚比較大的L125×8角鋼以局部失穩(wěn)為主,而寬厚比較小的L125×10和L140×10在長細(xì)比較小時(shí)為局部失穩(wěn)、長細(xì)比較大時(shí)發(fā)生整體失穩(wěn)。利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)試件進(jìn)行了承載力分析,有限元模型考慮材料及幾何非線性,以及初始幾何缺陷和殘余應(yīng)力,數(shù)值結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好。利用我國DL/T 5154—2012規(guī)范、美國ASCE 10-97導(dǎo)則及LRFD-SAM-2000規(guī)范計(jì)算了角鋼試件的承載力,與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較表明,美國ASCE 10-97導(dǎo)則及LRFD-SAM-2000規(guī)范計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值較為接近,而DL/T 5154—2012規(guī)范計(jì)算得到的承載力偏小。

Experimental study on bearing capacity of Q420 high-strength angle steel under axial compression

Abstract:The axial compression experiment was performed on 45 hot-rolled Q420 high-strength angle steels, and the stability bearing capacity and failure mode of 3 types of angle steel specimens with different cross sections and 5 different slenderness ratios were obtained. L125×8 angle steels with larger width and thickness featured mainly local instability. While L125×10 and L140×10 angle steels with smaller width and thickness featured local instability when the slenderness was smaller, and featured overall instability when the slenderness was larger. The ANSYS software was used to analyze the bearing capacity of the experiment specimens. The finite element model considered material and geometric nonlinearity, as well as initial geometric defects and residual stress. The numerical results agreed well with the experimental results. Using China′s DL/T 5154-2012 code, the US ASCE 10-97 code and the LRFD-SAM-2000 code, the bearing capacity of angle steel specimens was calculated. Compared with the experiment results, the calculation results according to the ASCE 10-97 code and LRFD-SAM-2000 code were close to the experiment results, and the bearing capacity calculated by the DL/T 5154-2012 code was smaller.
