［摘要］用超細(xì)石粉取代部分水泥應(yīng)用于預(yù)拌砂漿中，探索超細(xì)石粉對(duì)預(yù)拌砂漿工作性能、基本力學(xué)性能及抗凍性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，超細(xì)石粉在預(yù)拌砂漿中表現(xiàn)出了較好的保水作用，改善了預(yù)拌砂漿的工作性能；摻入超細(xì)石粉后，預(yù)拌砂漿的抗壓強(qiáng)度有所降低，但降幅較?。粨饺氤?xì)石粉對(duì)預(yù)拌砂漿的抗凍性能有不利影響。綜合超細(xì)石粉對(duì)工作性能、基本力學(xué)性能及抗凍性能的影響可知，其最適宜取代率區(qū)間為10%～15%。

Experimental study on the effect of superfine stone powder on the performance of ready-mixed mortar

Abstract:The replacement of some cement with superfine stone powder in ready-mixed mortar was carried out to investigate the influence of superfine stone powder on the working property, basic mechanical properties and frost resistance of ready-mixed mortar. The test results show that the superfine stone powder has good water retention in ready-mixed mortar and can improve the working property of ready-mixed mortar. With the superfine stone powder, the compressive strength of mortar decreases, but the decline is small. The superfine stone powder is not conducive to the frost resistance of ready-mixed mortar. The influence of the superfine stone powder on the working performance, basic mechanical properties and frost resistance show that the optimum replacement rate range is 10%～15%.
