裝配式高強鋼筋混凝土框架節(jié)點滯回性能試驗研究*

[摘要]為研究裝配式帶鋼連接件混凝土柱-預(yù)埋工字鋼混凝土梁連接節(jié)點的滯回性能,設(shè)計2個裝配式高強鋼筋混凝土框架節(jié)點和1個現(xiàn)澆高強鋼筋混凝土框架節(jié)點,進行低周往復(fù)加載試驗,對比分析其滯回性能、剛度退化、骨架曲線、承載力退化和耗能能力等。結(jié)果表明:與現(xiàn)澆高強鋼筋混凝土框架節(jié)點試件相比,帶鋼連接件混凝土柱-預(yù)埋工字鋼混凝土梁連接節(jié)點試件的滯回曲線更為飽滿,剛度退化得到有效減緩,承載力降低系數(shù)增加,各主要階段的等效黏滯阻尼系數(shù)和總等效黏滯阻尼系數(shù)增加,耗能能力得到提高,承載能力和變形能力也得到提高;預(yù)制柱中采用帶水平連接板的方鋼管連接件在改善裝配式混凝土框架節(jié)點滯回性能方面效果更佳。

Experimental research on hysteretic behavior of fabricated reinforced concrete frame joints with high-strength steel bars

Abstract:In order to study the hysteretic behavior of the connection joints between the prefabricated concrete column with steel connectors and the concrete beam with embedded Ⅰ-shaped steel, two prefabricated reinforced concrete frame joints with high-strength steel bars and one cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame joint with high-strength steel bars were designed for low cyclic reciprocated loading tests. The hysteretic behavior, stiffness degradation, skeleton curve, bearing capacity degradation, and energy consumption capacity were compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame joint test specimen with high-strength steel bars, the hysteretic curve of the connection joints between the  concrete column with steel connectors and the concrete beam with embedded Ⅰ-shaped steel is fuller, and the stiffness degradation is effectively alleviated, and the bearing capacity reduction coefficient is increased. The equivalent viscous damping coefficients and total equivalent viscous damping coefficients at all major stages are increased, and the energy consumption capacity is improved, and the bearing capacity and deformation capacity are improved. The use of square steel tube connectors with horizontal connecting plates in the precast columns is more effective in improving the hysteretic performance of fabricated concrete frame joints.
