[摘要]在考慮建筑結(jié)構(gòu)自身豎向剛度的基礎(chǔ)上,建立并求解鋼彈簧浮置樓板雙質(zhì)點(diǎn)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,給出了地鐵振動(dòng)豎向加速度傳遞率曲線。設(shè)計(jì)鋼彈簧浮置樓板結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)隔振前后地鐵振動(dòng)引起的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)豎向加速度時(shí)程響應(yīng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè),對(duì)比分析了傅里葉值譜以及1/3倍頻程。利用MATLAB進(jìn)行編程計(jì)算,并與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,最后建立多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。結(jié)果表明:鋼彈簧浮置樓板對(duì)地鐵振動(dòng)豎向加速度隔振率可達(dá)到85%以上,并且在40~100Hz頻率范圍內(nèi),可將原結(jié)構(gòu)豎向振級(jí)減小20~30dB。地鐵引起的結(jié)構(gòu)豎向振級(jí)隨著樓層增高有所放大。

Measurement and analysis of vibration isolation effect of building floor near subway

Abstract:On the basis of considering the vertical stiffness of the building structure itself, the dynamic model of double mass points of steel spring floating floor was established and solved, and the vertical acceleration transfer rate curve of subway vibration was given. The steel spring floating floor structure was designed. The time-history responses of the vertical acceleration of the building structure caused by the subway vibration before and after the vibration isolation were measured in the field. The Fourier value spectrum and 1/3 octave frequency range were compared and analyzed. MATLAB was used for programming calculation, and compared with the test results. Finally, the finite element model of multi-layer frame structure was established for calculation and analysis. The results show that the vibration isolation rate of steel spring floating floor to the vertical acceleration of subway vibration can reach more than 85%, and the vertical vibration level of the original structure can be reduced by 20~30dB in the frequency range of 40~100Hz. The vertical vibration level caused by subway increases with the elevation increase of the floors.
