[摘要]中建三局北方總部大樓中庭為造型獨(dú)特雙V字斗形不落地空間,設(shè)計中對其結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行對比論證,采用性能化抗震設(shè)計方法,并在計算分析中采用多種軟件校核,計算結(jié)果按照多個模型包絡(luò)設(shè)計,提出了詳細(xì)的構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施。詳細(xì)分析了懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向地震作用、施工模擬、防連續(xù)倒塌、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)等,并對整體結(jié)構(gòu)采用ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行了大震下彈塑性分析,對損傷嚴(yán)重部位進(jìn)行補(bǔ)強(qiáng)設(shè)計?;A(chǔ)采用整體梁式筏板基礎(chǔ),有效控制懸掛支撐結(jié)構(gòu)各部分的差異沉降。計算結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)安全,設(shè)計合理。

Performance analysis and design of North Headquarters Building of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau

Abstract:The atrium of the North Headquarters Building of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is a unique double-V-shaped funnel-shaped non-landing space. In the design, the structural system was compared and demonstrated, and the performance-based seismic design method was adopted. Multiple softwares were used to check in the calculation and analysis. The envelope design was conducted on the calculation results according to the multiple models, and detailed structural strengthening measures were proposed. The vertical seismic action, construction simulation, progressive collapse prevention and key nodes of the suspended structure were analyzed in detail. The elastic-plastic analysis of the whole structure under the rare earthquake was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the reinforcement design was carried out for the parts with serious damages. The foundation adopted the integral beam raft foundation to effectively control the differential settlement of each part of the suspended structure. The results show that the structure is safe and the design is reasonable.
