[摘要]南京某商業(yè)廣場項目占地面積大,基礎(chǔ)占工程總造價比例高,合理的基礎(chǔ)方案顯得尤為重要。通過研究技術(shù)資料,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)層數(shù)、荷載分布及施工方案等因素,對多種可行性基礎(chǔ)方案的技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟性進行比較,選出合理的基礎(chǔ)形式。同時,充分考慮場地地下水及土質(zhì)情況,利用一定的水浮力來抗壓。采用樁底后注漿方式以及進行破壞性試樁以最大化發(fā)揮樁基承載力,節(jié)約基礎(chǔ)造價。

Foundation selection and optimization design of a commercial plaza in Nanjing

Abstract:A commercial plaza project in Nanjing covers a large area and the foundation accounts for a high proportion of the total cost of the project. Reasonable foundation plan appears particularly important. Based on the study of the technical data, the technology and economy of various feasible foundation plans were compared according to the number of layers of the structure, the distribution of the load and the construction plan and other factors, to select the reasonable foundation form. At the same time, the ground water and soil quality of the site were fully considered to make use of certain water buoyancy to resist pressure. In order to maximize the bearing capacity of pile foundation and save the cost of foundation, pile bottom post-grouting method and destructive pile test were adopted.
