[摘要]為研究不同試驗參數(shù)對充填式窄幅鋼箱-混凝土組合連續(xù)梁裂縫的影響,設(shè)計6根充填式鋼箱混凝土組合連續(xù)梁。對其采用單調(diào)受載試驗并分析性能。通過分析6根試件的裂縫分布、裂縫發(fā)育過程、裂縫寬度等特征,對可能影響組合梁負彎矩區(qū)裂縫的因素如:混凝土翼板配筋率、抗剪連接度和鋼箱混凝土充填形式進行了對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)配筋率對混凝土翼板頂面裂縫有一定影響,其他因素無明顯影響。利用現(xiàn)有關(guān)于裂縫寬度計算的規(guī)范公式對試驗梁裂縫寬度進行驗算,對比結(jié)果表明裂縫寬度試驗值與計算值基本吻合。試驗及分析結(jié)果表明,鋼筋配筋率對裂縫寬度有明顯影響,其余無明顯影響。

Influence of different parameters on crack of concrete-filled narrow-width steel box composite continuous beam

Abstract:In order to study the influence on crack of the concrete-filled narrow-width steel box composite continuous beam with different test parameters, six concrete-filled narrow-width steel box composite continuous beams were designed. The monotonic loading test was adopted and the performance of the beams was analyzed. By analyzing the crack distribution, crack development process, crack width and other characteristics of six specimens, the factors that may affect the cracks in the negative bending moment area of composite beams were compared and analyzed, such as the reinforcement ratio of concrete flange slab, shear connectivity and the filling form of steel box concrete. It is found that the reinforcement ratio has certain influence on the cracks on the top of concrete flange slab, and other factors have no obvious influence. The crack width of test beams was checked by using the existing standard formula of crack width calculation. The comparison results show that the test value of crack width is basically consistent with the calculated value. The test and analysis results show that the reinforcement ratio has obvious influence on the crack width, and other parameters has no obvious influence.
