[摘要]通過對機制土坯磚與不同外加劑砂漿砌筑的抗剪試件進行灰縫受剪性能試驗研究,分析了不同砂漿外加劑對砂漿性能的影響,闡述了土坯磚砌體受剪破壞機理和破壞特征。試驗結果表明:不同種類與摻量的外加劑下,試件抗剪強度基本上與砂漿抗壓強度成正相關。在試驗結果基礎上建立了土坯磚砌體灰縫方向抗剪強度計算表達式,為機制土坯磚的進一步應用提供理論依據(jù)。

Experimental study on shear strength of machined adobe bricks

Abstract:Based on the experimental study on the shear behavior of mortar joints in shear test specimens made of machined adobe bricks and mortars with different admixtures, the effects of different mortar admixtures on mortar performance were analyzed, and the shear failure mechanisms and failure features of machined adobe bricks were explained. The experimental results show that: under different types and amounts of admixtures, the shear strength of the specimen is basically positively related to the compressive strength of the mortar. Based on the experimental results, a calculation formula for the shear strength of the machined adobe brick masonry in the direction of the mortar joint was established, providing a theoretical basis for the further application of the machined adobe brick.
