結構工程用碳纖維復材筋力學性能影響因素試驗研究*

[摘要]根據(jù)規(guī)范GB/T 26743—2011的規(guī)定,對不同直徑的碳纖維復材筋(CFRP筋)進行了基本力學性能試驗,主要測定碳纖維復材筋的抗拉強度、彈性模量和延伸率等力學性能指標。詳細介紹了碳纖維復材筋的試驗過程、試驗方法以及破壞形態(tài)。通過對試驗結果進行分析表明:碳纖維復材筋為分散式纖維斷裂破壞,應力-應變曲線為直線;生產(chǎn)拉擠速率和纖維體積含量對力學性能的影響規(guī)律先上升后下降,存在較優(yōu)范圍;螺紋成型工藝壓擠成型效果要好于纏繞工藝二次成型;環(huán)氧膠膜粘砂、環(huán)氧樹脂粘砂、打磨處理對錨固效果的影響依次遞減。

Experimental study on influencing factors of mechanical properties of CFRP bars for structural  engineering

Abstract:According to the provisions of GB/T 26743—2011, the basic mechanical properties of CFRP bars with different diameters were tested, mainly measuring the tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of CFRP bars. The experimental process, experimental method and failure mode of CFRP bars were introduced in detail. Through the analysis of the experimental results, it is shown that: the CFRP bars feature distributed fiber fracture failure, and the stress-strain curve is a straight line; the influence rule of the production pull-extrusion rate and the fiber volume content on the mechanical properties rises first and then falls, and there is a better range; the extrusion effect of the thread forming process is better than the secondary forming of the winding process; the three processes of epoxy film bonded sand, epoxy resin bonded sand and polishing treatment have decreasing effect on anchorage in turn.
