鋼筋連接方式對疊合板抗彎性能影響研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為了研究不同的鋼筋連接方式對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板的抗彎性能的影響,設(shè)計并進(jìn)行了8個預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板的抗彎試驗。采用足尺模型研究了預(yù)制混凝土底板間隙、端部連接鋼筋直徑、連接方式等因素對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板抗彎性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板的抗彎性能與預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土底板間隙、端部連接鋼筋直徑關(guān)系不大,而與連接方式有關(guān);采用傳統(tǒng)胡子筋連接的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板的開裂荷載與極限承載力均明顯大于采用端部連接鋼筋連接的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板,同時采用傳統(tǒng)胡子筋連接的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板的抗彎剛度更大,鋼筋與混凝土粘結(jié)性能更好。試驗中預(yù)制底板與后澆層混凝土的粘結(jié)錨固性能是影響預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板抗彎性能的關(guān)鍵因素,實際工程中預(yù)制底板表面的粗糙處理是必不可少的。

Study on influence of reinforcement connection method on flexural performance of composite slabs

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different reinforcement connection methods on the flexural performance of prestressed concrete composite slabs, flexural tests were conducted on eight groups of prestressed concrete composite slabs. The full-scale model was used to study the influence of the factors such as the gap of the precast concrete bottom floor, the diameter of the end connecting reinforcement and the connection method on the flexural performance of the prestressed concrete composite slab. The results show that the flexural performance of the prestressed concrete composite slab has little to do with the gap of the prestressed concrete bottom floor and the diameter of the end connecting reinforcement, but is related to the connection method; the cracking load and the ultimate bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete composite slab connected with the traditional beard reinforcement are obviously greater than those of the prestressed concrete composite slab connected with the end connecting reinforcement, and the traditional prestressed concrete composite slab connected with the traditional beard reinforcement has larger flexural rigidity and better bond performance between the reinforcement and the concrete. In the test, the bond and anchorage performance of the precast bottom floor and the post-cast layer concrete is the key factor affecting the flexural performance of the prestressed concrete composite slab, and the rough treatment of the surface of the precast bottom floor is essential in the actual project.
