[摘要]通過新版《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結構技術規(guī)范》(GB 51022—2015)與舊版《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結構技術規(guī)程》(CECS 102∶2002)、《鋼結構設計標準》(GB 50017—2017)、《建筑抗震設計規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)及美國相關規(guī)范、手冊的對比分析,闡述了新版《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結構技術規(guī)范》(GB 51022—2015)風荷載計算的規(guī)定;受彎構件考慮屈曲后強度的計算;梁、柱平面外計算長度的規(guī)定,柱平面內計算長度的規(guī)定;抗震作用計算和抗震構造措施的理解;檁條隅撐支撐體系設計等內容,總結出設計中對新版《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結構技術規(guī)范》(GB 51022—2015)應用的幾點體會,供設計人員在實際工程中參考使用。

Understanding and analysis of several provisions of Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015)

Abstract:Comparative analyses were conducted on the Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015) and the Technical specification for steel structure of light-weight buildings with gabled frames (CECS 102∶2002), Standard for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2017), Code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011—2010) and relevant American codes and manuals. The provisions on wind load calculation of the Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015) were expounded, as well as the calculation of flexural members considering post buckling strength, provisions on out-of-plane calculation length of beams and columns, provisions on in-plane calculation length of columns, understanding of seismic action calculation and seismic structural measures, and design of purlin-corner bracing system. The experience of the application of the Technical code for steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames (GB 51022—2015) was summarized in the design, providing reference for designers in practical projects.
