[摘要]深圳國(guó)際會(huì)展中心登錄大廳鋼網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋原方案擬采用變截面錐管柱與網(wǎng)格梁下翼緣板連接,通過(guò)計(jì)算分析,該連接形式存在較大的結(jié)構(gòu)安全隱患。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中針對(duì)不同最小端直徑的錐管柱進(jìn)行了小震、風(fēng)荷載、溫度、重力等作用的包絡(luò)組合下的受力分析,以及中震和大震作用下的應(yīng)力分析。通過(guò)傳力路徑分析,找到最可靠的節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造做法,最終采用翼緣板貫通、等截面柱頭的節(jié)點(diǎn)形式,經(jīng)驗(yàn)證該節(jié)點(diǎn)形式滿足受力需要。查閱了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),與相似項(xiàng)目案例做了對(duì)比分析,為相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Roof joint design of lobby of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract:The original scheme of the steel grid roof of the lobby of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center was to adopt the connection of variable cross-section vertebral column and the lower flange plate of the grid beam. Through calculation and analysis, the connection form had great structural security risks. In the design process, the mechanical analysis under the envelope combination of frequent earthquake, wind load, temperature, gravity and other actions was conducted for the vertebral column with different minimum end diameters, as well as the stress analysis under moderate earthquake, rare earthquake, Through the analysis of the force transmission path, the most reliable joint construction method was found. Finally, the joint form of flange plate intersection and equal cross-section column head were adopted, which were verified to meet the mechanical needs. The relevant literatures were also consulted to make a comparative analysis with similar project cases, to provide a reference for the relevant structural designs.
