[摘要]深圳國(guó)際會(huì)展中心地上建筑由11棟多層建筑組成,總建筑面積160萬(wàn)m2。北登錄大廳裝飾金屬屋面輪廓尺寸約186m×128m,長(zhǎng)度小于300m;最大柱距為45m,柱頂采用樹(shù)狀分叉柱的形式與網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)連接,支點(diǎn)間間距為27m,跨度小于120m。主要介紹了北登錄大廳裝飾金屬屋面屋蓋主體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),包括設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、荷載取值、結(jié)構(gòu)方案的演變過(guò)程等,對(duì)一些設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題和解決思路進(jìn)行了闡述。基于受力分析和方案公司定的原則,確定采用樹(shù)狀分叉柱+網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,且對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件截面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化后,實(shí)際用鋼量大幅降低。

Roof design of  north lobby of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract:The above ground building of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center consists of 11 multi-storey buildings with a total construction area of 1-6 million m2. The decorative metal roof of the north  lobby has an overall dimension of about 186m×128m and a length of less than 300m; the maximum column spacing is 45m, and the column top is connected with the grid structure in the form of tree branch column, where the spacing between the supporting points is 27m and the span is less than 120m. This design of the main structure of the decorative metal roof of the  north  lobby was mainly intorduced, including the design standard, load value and evolution process of the structural scheme, and some key technical problems and solutions in the design process were expounded. Based on the mechanical analysis and the principles made by the scheme company, the structural scheme of tree branch column and grid structure was determined, and the actual steel consumption was greatly reduced after the structural member section was optimized.
