［摘要］深圳國(guó)際會(huì)展中心規(guī)劃建設(shè)室內(nèi)展廳總面積50萬(wàn)m2，整體建成后將是全球較大的會(huì)展中心。深圳國(guó)際會(huì)展中心由中央廊道、登錄大廳、展廳等組成，設(shè)二層地下室。地下室為鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，地上為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。主要介紹深圳國(guó)際會(huì)展中心基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、展廳地面軟基處理、復(fù)雜超長(zhǎng)地下室結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和地上鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案的發(fā)展與演變，以及設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題。經(jīng)換填、堆載及管樁復(fù)合地基處理后，工后沉降不大于15cm，承載力不小于100kPa；超長(zhǎng)地下室結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)行良好，無(wú)底板、外墻、樓板等構(gòu)件出現(xiàn)因混凝土收縮和溫度作用而開(kāi)裂的現(xiàn)象；經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行多輪對(duì)比分析，展廳最終采用間距18m的空間三角桁架，登錄大廳采用樹(shù)狀分叉柱+網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案，該方案經(jīng)濟(jì)合理，可為類(lèi)似項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design and research of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract:Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center plans to build an indoor exhibition hall with a total area of 500 000m2, which will be the larger convention and exhibition center in the world after its completion. Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center is composed of central corridor, lobby and exhibition hall, etc, with two basement floors. The basement is reinforced concrete structure, and the structure on the ground is steel structure. The key technical issues in the design process of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center were mainly introduced as well as the foundation design, the soft foundation treatment of exhibition hall ground, the structural design of complex and super-long basement, the development and evolution of the above ground steel structure scheme. After replacement, surcharge and pile composite foundation treatment, the post construction settlement was not more than 15cm, and the bearing capacity was not less than 100kPa; the super-long basement structure operated well, and there were no phenomena of concrete shrinkage and temperature cracking in the bottom slab, outer wall and floor and other components; after multiple rounds of comparative analyses of the steel structure scheme, the spatial triangle truss with a spacing of 18m was finally used in the exhibition hall, and the lobby adopted the structural scheme  of tree-shaped column and grid structure, the structural scheme is economic and  reasonable, which could provide reference for the similar project designs.
