[摘要]首鋼鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅是一個(gè)高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑,高64-4m,地上22層、地下2層。從抗震性能、建筑使用功能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性角度出發(fā),對(duì)鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼框架-偏心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼框架-鋼板組合剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,最終選擇鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)作為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對(duì)建筑使用功能和建筑外立面要求并結(jié)合鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)布置,對(duì)鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。最后通過鋼框架施工階段計(jì)算、鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)小震彈性計(jì)算和鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)大震彈塑性計(jì)算可知,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系有足夠安全度,可以滿足抗震設(shè)計(jì)的要求。本工程鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的設(shè)計(jì)理念可為類似結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Application of steel frame and buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall in assembled steel residence

Abstract:The high-rise steel structure building of Shougang steel residence has structural height of 64-4m with 22 floors over ground and 2 floors underground. From the viewpoint of seismic performance, building function and economy, a comparative analysis of steel frame structure, eccentrically braced steel frame structure, steel frame-steel plate composite shear wall structure and steel frame and buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structure schemes were conducted, and finally steel frame and buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structure scheme was chosen as the structural design plan. According to the requirements of the building service function and building facade, the structural layout was carried out according to the structural characteristics of buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall, and the node design of buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall was carried out. Finally, the calculation of the steel frame in the construction stage, elasticity calculation of the buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall under the frequent earthquake and the elastic-plastic calculation of buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall under the rare earthquake were conducted to conclude that the structural system has enough safety reserve to meet the requirements of seismic design. The design concepts of the residential building with buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structural system can provide reference for similar structural design.
