薄腹工字形截面軸壓構(gòu)件有效面積計算方法比較*

[摘要]對各國規(guī)范以及Winter公式關(guān)于工字形截面構(gòu)件有效寬度的計算公式進行簡要介紹,并采用各國規(guī)范方法和有限元數(shù)值模擬對腹板不同寬厚比和構(gòu)件不同長細比的工字形截面軸壓構(gòu)件有效面積進行計算和分析。結(jié)果表明:《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(CECS102:2002)在腹板寬厚比較大時有效面積過于保守,《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50017—2003)、歐洲規(guī)范(E3-1.5:2006)對于長細比較大構(gòu)件有效面積過于保守,《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB50018—2002)、美國規(guī)范(AISC:2005)以及Winter公式與數(shù)值結(jié)果吻合較好,且有一定的安全度,建議對于薄腹工字形截面軸壓構(gòu)件有效面積可采用《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB50018—2002)計算方法進行計算。

Comparative investigation on estimation methods for effective area of thin-webbed I-shaped members under axial compression

Abstract:Estimation methods of effective width recommended by the codes of some countries and Winter equation were introduced. The effective area of thin-webbed I-shaped members with different width-thickness ratio in web and slenderness ratio were estimated using these codes and finite element method. The results show that Technical specification for steel structure of light-weight buildings with gabled frames(CECS102:2002) is too conservative for members with large width-thickness ratio, while Code for design of steel structures (GB50017—2003) and European specification (E3-15:2006) are too conservative for members with large slenderness ratio. Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures(GB50018—2002), America specification (AISC: 2005) and Winter equation are close to the numerical results with a certain safety. Therefore, Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures(GB50018—2002) can be used to estimate the effective area of thin-webbed I-shaped members.
