某醫(yī)院輔診樓的加層改造設(shè)計

（北京華特建筑設(shè)計顧問有限責(zé)任公司，北京 100044）［摘要］介紹了某三等甲級醫(yī)院輔診樓的加層改造設(shè)計過程中，在方案、計算、構(gòu)造、施工等多方面遇到的問題及解決方法。通過增設(shè)鋼筋混凝土支撐和加固原有剪力墻的方式，解決原有結(jié)構(gòu)因剪力墻設(shè)置不當(dāng)造成的地震作用下扭轉(zhuǎn)超限問題。簡述了對此種類型的鋼\|混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)采用多種計算模型和阻尼比進行的分析比較。針對加固改造工程中應(yīng)注意的設(shè)計和施工方面的問題提出建議，供類似工程設(shè)計時借鑒參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］ 加層；粘鋼加固；阻尼比；鋼\|混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號：TU318， TU375.05文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2011)08-0054-05Structural adding stories and reconstruction design of the outpatient building in a hospitalCui Xueyu, Sun Xiaoyan(Beijing Huate Architectural Design & Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing 100044, China)Abstract:In the structural adding stories and reconstruction design of the outpatient building in a three-tertiary hospital, problems and solutions about plan, calculation, structure and construction were introduced. Because most shear walls in existing structure are placed on incorrect position, so the twist factors overstepped the limit of code under the seismic function. The measures of adding reinforced concrete bracing between columns and thickening the shear wall were adopted to solve the problem. Due to the particularity of this steel-concrete mixed structure, some computation modules and damp ratio were analyzed to find out the optimized result.
