[摘要]以某新建工程為背景,首先對(duì)該工程混凝土構(gòu)件的裂縫開(kāi)展?fàn)顟B(tài)、材料性能和截面尺寸進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)及調(diào)查,然后基于有限元分析方法,提出了基于有限元模型的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫成因分析新方法,通過(guò)研究各荷載工況下開(kāi)裂混凝土構(gòu)件的主拉應(yīng)力方向,以確定構(gòu)件的開(kāi)裂規(guī)律,并與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)混凝土構(gòu)件的實(shí)際開(kāi)裂規(guī)律進(jìn)行比對(duì),確定裂縫產(chǎn)生的主要原因。

A new method to analyze causes of cracks in concrete structure based on finite element model

Abstract:Based on the background of a new construction project, the crack development state, material performance and section size of the concrete components of the project were firstly inspected and investigated on site. Then, based on the finite element analysis method, a new method of crack reason analysis of the concrete structure was proposed based on the finite element model. By studying the main tensile stress direction of the cracked concrete components under various load conditions, the cracking rule of components was determined. Compared with the actual cracking rule of concrete components in the field, the main causes of cracks were determined.
