摻入短切纖維的織物網(wǎng)增強(qiáng)混凝土薄板受彎性能*

[摘要]為研究摻入短切纖維的玄武巖纖維織物網(wǎng)增強(qiáng)細(xì)骨料混凝土薄板的受彎性能,對(duì)摻量為0%,5%,6-5%,8%的短切耐堿玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)混凝土基體的抗壓、抗折及劈拉等力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,并對(duì)摻入短切纖維的玄武巖纖維網(wǎng)增強(qiáng)混凝土薄板的受彎性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:短切纖維能有效改善細(xì)骨料混凝土基材的強(qiáng)度和韌性,但摻量過(guò)高對(duì)其增強(qiáng)效果不利。摻入短切纖維后,玄武巖纖維網(wǎng)增強(qiáng)混凝土薄板的開(kāi)裂荷載、極限荷載、延性及韌性等均有不同程度的提高,但摻量過(guò)高時(shí)薄板的延性和韌性會(huì)有所下降。

Flexural behavior of textile reinforced concrete sheets with chopped fibers

Abstract:To study the flexural behavior of basalt textile reinforced fine aggregate concrete (BTRC) sheets with chopped fibers, the mechanical properties such as compressive, flexural and splitting strength of concrete matrix reinforced with chopped alkali-resistant glass fibers (fiber content is 0%, 5%, 6-5% or 8% of the cement mass) were tested. The flexural behaviors of BTRC sheets with chopped fibers were tested. The study results show that chopped fibers can effectively improve the strength and toughness of fine aggregate concrete, but the excessive amount of chopped fibers is not conducive to its reinforcement effect. After adding chopped fibers, the cracking load, ultimate load, ductility and toughness of BTRC sheets are increased to some extent, but the ductility and toughness of the sheets will be decreased when the content is too high.
