[摘要]在實(shí)際工程中對四邊不出筋、板側(cè)采用密拼連接的鋼筋桁架疊合雙向板和對應(yīng)的現(xiàn)澆樓板開展了原位加載對比試驗(yàn),研究了該類型疊合板在實(shí)際應(yīng)用時(shí)的撓度、裂縫、承載力等受力特性。對比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:疊合板在豎向荷載作用下的各項(xiàng)受力特性均表現(xiàn)出較為明顯的雙向板特征,能滿足正常使用極限狀態(tài)與承載能力極限狀態(tài)的要求;疊合板的板底開裂荷載大于現(xiàn)澆板,相同荷載作用下疊合板撓度約為現(xiàn)澆板撓度的1/2,疊合板的整體抗彎剛度明顯大于現(xiàn)澆板,在正常使用極限狀態(tài)荷載值作用下疊合板的拼縫處未開裂。

Comparative experimental study on in-situ loading of the superimposed two-way slabs without extending the reinforcement on all sides and connected without gap

Abstract:In an actual construction project, a comparative in-situ loading test was carried out between two types of slab. One type is the steel bar truss superimposed two-way slab that has no extended reinforcement on all sides and are connected without gap, and the other type is the cast-in-place slab. The properties of superimposed two-way slab were studied including its deflection, crack development, bearing capacity in practical application. By comparing the test results of the superimposed slab and the cast-in-place slab, it can be seen that under the vertical load, the various force characteristics of the superimposed slab all fit into typical two-way slab features, which meet the requirements of the serviceability limit states and the ultimate limit states. In addition, the cracking load at the bottom of the superimposed slab and its overall bending stiffness are greater than those of the cast-in-place slab, while the deflection of the superimposed slab is half of the deflection of the cast-in-place slab under the same load. When given the load value of the serviceability limit states, no crack has been found at the seam of the superimposed slabs.
