不同寬厚比等邊角鋼構(gòu)件抗爆性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]角鋼是高聳大跨鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系的重要組成構(gòu)件,為研究不同寬厚比角鋼的抗爆性能,首先通過(guò)對(duì)9根三組寬厚比等邊角鋼試件進(jìn)行爆炸試驗(yàn),觀察爆炸沖擊作用下角鋼的毀傷變形特征,研究不同寬厚比角鋼的失效模式;然后,分析爆炸沖擊作用下各寬厚比角鋼迎爆面超壓時(shí)程曲線的變化特征,研究超壓峰值、爆炸沖量及爆炸沖擊相關(guān)時(shí)間參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。最后,利用流固耦合模型對(duì)爆炸沖擊作用下角鋼變形和迎爆面超壓時(shí)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相對(duì)比,分析寬厚比對(duì)角鋼抗爆性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,角鋼在爆炸沖擊作用下的失效模式為局部屈曲,爆炸毀傷破壞程度隨寬厚比增加而增大;迎爆面各測(cè)點(diǎn)超壓峰值和爆炸沖量均隨寬厚比增加而增大。

Experimental study on the anti-explosion performance of equal-angle steel members with different width-thickness ratios

Abstract:Angle steel is an important component of high-rise and large-span steel structural system. The explosion test was conducted on three groups of nine equal-angle steel members with different width-thickness ratios firstly, in order to study the anti-explosion performance of angle steel with different width-thickness ratios. The damage deformation characteristics of angle steel under the impact of explosion were observed, and the failure modes of angle steel with different width-thickness ratios were studied. Then, the change characteristics of overpressure time-history curve of the blasting surface of angle steels with different width-thickness ratios under the action of explosion shocks were analyzed, and the change rules of overpressure peak value, explosion impulse and explosion shock related to time parameters were studied. Finally, the deformation of angle steel and the time-history of overpressure on the blasting surface were simulated by using the fluid structure coupling model. Compared with the test results, the influence of width-thickness ratio on the anti-explosion performance of angle steel was analyzed. The results show that the failure mode of angle steel under the impact of explosion shock is local buckling, and the damage degree of explosion increases with the increase of width-thickness ratio; the peak value of overpressure and the explosive impulse of each measuring point on the blasting surface increase with the increase of width-thickness ratio.
