鋼桁架施工監(jiān)測成果的設(shè)計(jì)解讀

摘 要

[摘要]為監(jiān)控施工質(zhì)量,保證施工安全,對內(nèi)部容納多種商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)的大跨度、大懸挑鋼桁架,從施工卸載、樓屋面加載等階段進(jìn)行全方位、全過程監(jiān)測。采用換算為名義應(yīng)力的方法,對獲得的桿件應(yīng)力增量監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,為分析研究提供便利條件;采用監(jiān)測值與模擬值的對比和同類桿件的監(jiān)測值彼此對比等分析方法判斷監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的可信度;按照名義應(yīng)力監(jiān)測值的變化規(guī)律推算桿件在荷載最不利工況組合作用下的內(nèi)力,以評估構(gòu)件在正常使用狀態(tài)下的安全性。通過對監(jiān)測成果的分析解讀,為鋼桁架的驗(yàn)收和安全使用提供有效的判斷依據(jù),同時(shí)留置6個(gè)長期監(jiān)測點(diǎn)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測關(guān)鍵桿件應(yīng)力,在掌控結(jié)構(gòu)使用階段受力信息的同時(shí),驗(yàn)證分析方法的可靠性。

Interpretation on design of steel truss construction monitoring results

Abstract:In order to monitor the construction quality and ensure the construction safety, the large-span and large-cantilever steel trusses with a variety of commercial formats were monitor in all directions and in the whole process from the stages of construction unloading and floor and roof loading. The method of conversion to nominal stress was used to process the obtained monitoring data of the stress increment of the member, which provided convenience for the analysis and research; the reliability of the monitoring data was judged by the comparison between the monitoring value and the simulation value and the comparison between the monitoring values of the same kinds of members; according to the change rule of nominal stress monitoring value, the internal force of members under the most unfavorable load combination was calculated to evaluate the safety of members in normal use. Through the analysis and interpretation of the monitoring results, it could provide an effective judgment basis for the acceptance and safe use of the steel truss. At the same time, six long-term monitoring points were reserved to monitor the stress of the key members in real time. The reliability of the analysis method was verified while controlling the stress information of the structure in the use stage.
