橫向沖擊后圓鋼管混凝土柱剩余軸壓承載力研究*

[摘要]為研究鋼管混凝土構(gòu)件橫向沖擊后的剩余軸壓承載力,通過圓形截面鋼管混凝土柱橫向落錘沖擊及豎向靜力抗壓試驗,繪制了圓形截面鋼管混凝土柱荷載位移曲線及荷載-應(yīng)變曲線,研究結(jié)果表明,試件最終破壞模式均為偏心破壞,呈現(xiàn)“弓”形;荷載-位移曲線經(jīng)歷了上升、峰值和下降三個階段,隨著沖擊能量增大,試件剩余承載力降低;試件縱向應(yīng)變值要大于橫向應(yīng)變值,處于試件彎曲凹面的縱向應(yīng)變增長速度最快,始終受壓,處于試件凸面的縱向應(yīng)變由初始受壓轉(zhuǎn)為最終受拉;得到了剩余承載力系數(shù)與試件長細(xì)比、約束效應(yīng)系數(shù)、沖擊能量的關(guān)系曲線。

Research on residual axial bearing capacity of CFST columns with circular cross-section subjected to lateral impact

Abstract:In order to study the residual bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) columns subjected to lateral impact, the load-displacement curves and load-strain curves of CFST columns with circular cross-section were obtained by means of drop hammer impact test and vertical static compression test. The results show that the ultimate failure mode of the specimens is eccentric failure, showing a “bow” shape. In the three stages of rising, peak and falling of load-displacement curve, the residual bearing capacity of specimens decreases with the increase of impact energy; the longitudinal strain value of specimens is larger than the transverse strain value, and the longitudinal strain on the concave surface of the bending specimens grows fastest and is always under compression, and the longitudinal strain on the convex surface of the specimens changes from initial compression to final tension; the relationship curves of residual bearing capacity coefficient with slenderness ratio, restraint effect coefficient and impact energy are obtained.
