上海圖書館東館結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

摘 要

[摘要]上海圖書館東館結(jié)構(gòu)跨度和外圍懸挑均較大,柱網(wǎng)尺寸為16-8m×16-8m,外圍最大懸挑16-8m。屋頂設(shè)置懸掛桁架,并通過吊柱懸掛下部5層懸挑區(qū)荷載。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合建筑凈高、外觀及設(shè)備要求,充分利用結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),合理對剪力墻開洞,對實(shí)腹梁進(jìn)行開洞形成空腹桁架框架梁,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑與結(jié)構(gòu)完美統(tǒng)一。對一個柱網(wǎng)范圍樓面梁布置方式進(jìn)行研究,對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),得到屋頂鋼桁架、吊柱及剪力墻抗震性能,并對吊柱斷裂進(jìn)行分析,通過設(shè)置TMD技術(shù)可有效解決懸挑區(qū)樓面振動舒適度問題。

Research on key technologies of structural design of Shanghai East Library

Abstract:The structure span and peripheral cantilever of  Shanghai East Library are relatively large. The size of the column net is 16-8m×16-8m, and the largest cantilever is 16-8m. The roof is provided with a suspension truss and the loads on lower 5 layers of cantilevered area are suspended by the suspension columns. The characteristics of the structural system were introduced. Considering the requirements of net building height, appearance and equipment, the structural features were fully used to reasonably open holes on the shear wall and open the holes on the solid web beams to form the open web truss frame beam to achieve perfect integration of the building and structure. The layout of the floor beams in a column grid was studied, and the seismic performance design of the structure was carried out. The seismic behavior of the roof steel truss, the suspension column and the shear wall was obtained, and the fracture of the suspension column was analyzed. The TMD technology could effectively solve the problem of vibration comfort degree of the floor in the cantilever area.
