[摘要]針對(duì)大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力拱桁架煤棚,提出3種布索方案,對(duì)這3種方案下的預(yù)應(yīng)力拱桁架進(jìn)行靜力及穩(wěn)定性分析,分別從結(jié)構(gòu)的用鋼量、索初始預(yù)拉力、桿件內(nèi)力分布、位移、水平支反力、以及結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性這6個(gè)方面與未布索拱桁架作綜合對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:3種布索方案與未布索拱桁架相比,能有效降低結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力峰值,使結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力分布更加合理,提升結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度,降低結(jié)構(gòu)的支座反力,提高結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性。布索方案3(V字撐內(nèi)凹式索拱桁架結(jié)構(gòu))各受力性能指標(biāo)與未布索拱桁架相比提升最明顯,是最優(yōu)方案,但對(duì)于儲(chǔ)煤結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用而言,也應(yīng)同時(shí)考慮施工難易情況。

Research on cable arrangement of large-span prestressed arch truss coal shed

Abstract:For the large-span prestressed arch truss coal shed, three kinds of cable arrangement schemes were proposed. The static and stability analysis of the prestressed arch trusses under these three schemes were carried out. Three schemes were compared with the arch truss scheme without cables, from six perspectives including the steel amount of the structure, the initial pre-tension of the cable, the internal force distribution of the rod, the displacement, the horizontal reaction force, and the structural stability. The results show that compared with the arch truss scheme without cables, the three kinds of cable arrangement schemes can effectively reduce the peak internal force of the structure, make the internal force distribution of the structure more reasonable, improve the rigidity of the structure, reduce the bearing reaction force of the structure, and improve the stability of the structure. Compared with the arch truss scheme without cables, the mechanical performance indexes of the third cable arrangement scheme (V-braced concave cable arch truss structure) have the most obvious improvement, which is the optimal scheme. However, for the application of coal shed structure, the construction difficulty should also be considered.
