［摘要］蘇州奧體中心游泳館采用了107m大跨度馬鞍形單層索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)。計算考慮了風(fēng)摩擦力的影響；對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了考慮幾何非線性和材料非線性的整體穩(wěn)定分析；進行了無應(yīng)力無涂裝拉索、有應(yīng)力無涂裝拉索、有應(yīng)力有涂裝拉索的腐蝕試驗；完成了柔性屋面大變形對附屬結(jié)構(gòu)影響研究；進行了屋面系統(tǒng)大變形試驗；設(shè)置了鋼屋蓋健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。計算和試驗結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標能滿足規(guī)范要求，健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)顯示結(jié)構(gòu)施工和使用期間，實測應(yīng)力變形與計算值貼合良好。

Structural design on steel roof of natatorium of Suzhou Olympics Sports Center

Abstract:The 107m large-span saddle-shaped single-layer cable net structure was adopted in the natatorium of Suzhou Olympic Sports Center. The influence of wind friction was taken into account in the calculation; the overall stability analysis of the structure was carried out considering geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity; the corrosion tests of stress-free non-coated cable, stressed non-coated cable and stressed coated cables were carried out; the research on the influence of large deformation of flexible roof on the auxiliary structure was completed; the large deformation test of the roof system was carried out; the steel roof health monitoring system was set up. The results of calculation and test show that each index of the structure can meet the requirements of the code. The health monitoring system shows that the measured stress and deformation fit well with the calculated value during the construction and use stages of the structure.
