［摘要］蘇州奧體中心體育場(chǎng)看臺(tái)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)力系統(tǒng)為鋼筋混凝土框架+防屈曲約束支撐結(jié)構(gòu)。體育場(chǎng)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)為超長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，最大外邊線尺寸達(dá)800m。對(duì)超長(zhǎng)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析，分析時(shí)考慮了混凝土收縮、溫度變化、徐變應(yīng)力松弛、混凝土剛度折減、樁基約束剛度和后澆帶的封閉時(shí)間。通過上述應(yīng)力分析并配合嚴(yán)格的施工要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)了800m超長(zhǎng)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)不設(shè)縫、不設(shè)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋?？磁_(tái)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)有三圈框架柱采用了型鋼混凝土柱，對(duì)型鋼混凝土柱與看臺(tái)斜梁節(jié)點(diǎn)、與防屈曲約束支撐節(jié)點(diǎn)、與后張拉預(yù)應(yīng)力梁節(jié)點(diǎn)、與鋼柱腳節(jié)點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析與設(shè)計(jì)，保證了節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能。

Structural design on stands of stadium of Suzhou Olympics Sports Center

Abstract:The anti-lateral force system of the concrete structure of the stadium stands of Suzhou Olympics Sports Center is a reinforced concrete frame + buckling-restrained braces. The concrete structure of the stadium is a super-long structure with a maximum size of 800m. The stress analysis of the super-long concrete structure was carried out considering the concrete shrinkage, temperature change, creep stress relaxation, concrete stiffness reduction, pile foundation restraint stiffness and casting time of post-pouring strip. Through the above stress analysis and strict construction requirements, the 800m super-long concrete structure was realized without deformation joints and prestressing tendons. The concrete frame of the stadium stands have three rows of steel reinforced concrete columns. Detailed analyses were conducted of the joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the stands inclined beam joints, joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the buckling-restrained braces, joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the post-tensioned prestressed beam joints, and joints between steel-reinforced concrete columns and the steel column foot, which ensure mechanical performance of the joints.
