[摘要]基于與結(jié)構(gòu)安全鑒定相關(guān)的現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范,針對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性鑒定中的部分問題進(jìn)行論述,得出以下主要結(jié)論:結(jié)構(gòu)是由具有適當(dāng)剛度的構(gòu)件組合而成的可以傳遞荷載的串并聯(lián)系統(tǒng),即結(jié)構(gòu)具有傳遞荷載與系統(tǒng)兩大屬性,故結(jié)構(gòu)安全性鑒定中宜一定程度地考慮建筑結(jié)構(gòu)“串并聯(lián)系統(tǒng)”的性質(zhì)及其內(nèi)力重分布的能力;結(jié)構(gòu)安全性定義為結(jié)構(gòu)在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)、規(guī)定條件下、完成預(yù)定承載功能的能力;建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全性鑒定時(shí)必須從抗震計(jì)算與抗震措施兩方面綜合考慮地震作用的影響;鑒定時(shí)宜將目標(biāo)使用年限與后續(xù)使用年限等價(jià),按照《建筑抗震鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 50023—2009)的規(guī)定將既有建筑分為A,B,C三類建筑,并按該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針對不同類型建筑的相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行承載能力分析和抗震措施(抗震構(gòu)造措施)鑒定。

Study on some problems on safety appraisal of building structure

Abstract:Based on the current standards and codes related to the structural safety appraisal, some problems in the safety appraisal of building structures were discussed, and the following main conclusions were drawn: the structure is a series parallel system composed of members with appropriate rigidity, which can transfer loads, that is, the structure has two properties of transferring loads and systems, so it is advisable to consider the nature of “series parallel system” of building structure and its ability of internal force redistribution to a certain extent in the safety appraisal of the structure; structural safety is defined as the ability of the structure to complete the predetermined bearing function within the specified time and under the specified conditions; the impact of earthquake action must be comprehensively considered from two aspects of seismic calculation and seismic measures in the safety appraisal of building structure; the target service life and subsequent service life should be equally considered in the appraisal, and the existing buildings are divided into three types of A, B and C according to the Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings (GB 50023—2009), and the bearing capacity analysis and seismic structural measures appraisal are carried out for different types of buildings.
