現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓面開裂分析

[摘要]通過對云南某廠房現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓面開裂原因進行理論計算并與實際檢測結果進行比對分析,得出如下主要結論:采用的計算模型的分析結果與開裂檢測結果吻合較好;通過混凝土拉應力的理論計算可以較準確地分析混凝土樓面開裂原因,必要時通過應力值還可進行各影響開裂因素權重的分析。同時提出如下建議:針對混凝土約束程度建立定量分析方法,以更準確地獲得CX值進而更準確地分析混凝土收縮應力;除采用構造措施進行防治外,宜針對沉縮的量化計算方法展開研究,以便更好地防治混凝土沉縮裂縫;實際開裂鑒定工程中宜采取相應的量化計算以有效分析開裂原因及各因素造成開裂的權重;規(guī)范在相關部分引入開裂計算的已有成果,以供從業(yè)人員參考。

Cracking analysis of cast-in-place concrete floor

Abstract:Based on the theoretical calculation of the cracking causes of the cast-in-place concrete floor of a factory building in Yunnan Province and the comparison between the theoretical calculation and the actual test results, the main conclusions are as follows: the analysis results of the adopted calculation model are in good agreement with the cracking test results; the theoretical calculation of the concrete tensile stress can more accurately analyze the cracking causes of the concrete floor, and the stress value can also be used if necessary to analyze the weights of different cracking factors. At the same time, the following suggestions are put forward: the quantitative analysis method can be established for concrete restraint degree to obtain CX value more accurately and then analyze concrete shrinkage stress more accurately; in addition to adopting structural measures for prevention and control, the quantitative calculation method for shrinkage can be studied in order to better prevent and control concrete shrinkage cracks; the corresponding quantitative calculation can be adopted in the actual cracking appraisal project to effectively analyze the causes of cracking and the weights of various factors causing the cracking; the existing results of cracking calculation can be introduced in the relevant part of the specification for the reference of practitioners.
