[摘要]為研究CFRP片材加固損傷鋼筋混凝土梁的抗彎性能,對5根鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行了抗彎試驗(yàn)。研究了超載損傷加固梁的破壞形態(tài),分析了加固梁的承載能力和剛度,比較了不同方法加固梁的加固效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:相比未加固梁,嵌入CFRP板條直接加固梁、嵌入CFRP板條加固損傷梁、外貼CFRP板加固損傷梁、嵌貼CFRP板布聯(lián)合加固損傷梁的屈服荷載分別提高了26%,11%,11%,37%,極限荷載分別提高了40%,22%,13%,64%。嵌入CFRP板條加固損傷梁比嵌入CFRP板條直接加固梁承載力降低13%。超載損傷會降低梁的承載力和剛度。三種加固方法均能提高加固梁后期剛度。嵌貼CFRP板布聯(lián)合加固的效果優(yōu)于單獨(dú)CFRP板條嵌入或外貼加固方法,其承載力和剛度顯著提高。

Flexural properties of overloading damaged reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP laminates

Abstract:In order to investigate the flexural performance of damaged reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP laminates, the flexural experiments of five reinforced concrete beams were carried out. The failure mode, capacity and stiffness of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP laminates under overloaded damage were studied. The strengthening effects of different methods were compared. The experimental results show that compared with un-strengthened beam, the yielding loads of reinforced concrete beam directly strengthened with near surface mounted(NSM)CFRP strips, damaged beam strengthened with NSM CFRP strips, damaged beam strengthened with externally bonded (EB) CFRP laminates, and damaged beam strengthened with both NSM CFRP strips and EB CFRP laminates are improved by 26%, 11%, 11% and 37% respectively, and the ultimate loads are improved by 40%, 22%, 13% and 64% respectively. Compared with directly strengthened beam, the capacity of damaged reinforced concrete beam strengthened with NSM CFRP strips is decreased by 13%. The capacity and stiffness of reinforced concrete beam are decreased by the overloaded damage. The post-yield stiffness of beams strengthened by the three different strengthened methods is increased. The strengthened effect of combined strengthened technique that both NSM CFRP strips and EB CFRP laminates is superior to the other two strengthened methods, and its capacity and post-yield stiffness are obviously improved.
