[摘要]針對現(xiàn)有加固方法中的諸多缺點,提出使用預(yù)應(yīng)力加筋碳纖維板(SCFRP)加固混凝土梁的新技術(shù)。對預(yù)應(yīng)力加筋碳纖維板加固混凝土梁進行試驗研究,主要討論試驗梁的加固工藝和碳纖維板的張拉控制應(yīng)力等參數(shù)對加固性能的影響,以未加固梁為參考梁,研究加筋碳纖維板與普通碳纖維板加固混凝土梁效果的異同。試驗結(jié)果表明,預(yù)應(yīng)力加筋碳纖維板加固成本低、錨具效果優(yōu)且能較好地提高結(jié)構(gòu)變形能力,達到極限拉伸應(yīng)變從而充分發(fā)揮其作用。此外,該技術(shù)使高強鋼絲與碳纖維絲在加固工程中優(yōu)勢互補,形成一種性能優(yōu)良、成本較低且施工方便的新型加固材料,值得在實際工程中大力推廣應(yīng)用。

Experimental study and bearing capacity calculation on concrete beam reinforced with prestressed reinforced carbon fiber plate

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of the existing reinforcement methods, a new technology for reinforced concrete beams with (SCFRP) was proposed. The experimental research on reinforced concrete beams with prestressed reinforced carbon fiber plates was carried out. The reinforcement technology of the experimental beams and the influence of the parameters such as the tension control stress of the CFRP on the reinforcement performance were mainly discussed. Taking the unreinforced beams as the reference beams, the similarities and differences between the SCFRP and the ordinary CFPR on the effect of reinforced concrete beams were studied. The experimental results show that the prestressed SCFRP has the advantages of low reinforced cost, excellent anchorage effect and it can improve the deformation ability of the structure to reach the ultimate tensile strain and give full play to its role. In addition, this technology makes the advantages of high-strength steel wire and carbon fiber wire complementary in reinforcement engineering and forms a new reinforcement material with excellent performance, low cost and convenient construction, which is worth popularizing and applying in practical engineering.
