［摘要］從BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)和裝配式建筑一體化集成應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題出發(fā)，探討了基于BIM技術(shù)的裝配式建筑一體化集成應(yīng)用原則和內(nèi)容，結(jié)合盛江花苑項(xiàng)目和濟(jì)南通信樞紐樓項(xiàng)目，對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在裝配式建筑一體化集成應(yīng)用各階段以及生產(chǎn)、施工和運(yùn)維階段的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景做了介紹。通過(guò)BIM技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配式建筑一體化集成應(yīng)用及全過(guò)程管理，有力保障了裝配式建筑的順利實(shí)施。

Integrated application of BIM technology in prefabricated building

Abstract:Based on the application characteristics of BIM technology and the key problems of integrated application to prefabricated buildings, the principles and contents of integrated application to prefabricated buildings were discussed based on BIM technology. Combined with Shengjiang Huayuan Project and Jinan Communication Hub Project, the application scenarios of BIM technology in all stages of the integrated application of prefabricated building were introduced, including production, construction, operation and maintenance stages. BIM technology can realize the integrated application and the whole process management of the prefabricated building, and effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of the prefabricated building.
