基于預(yù)埋鋼絲拉拔法套筒灌漿飽滿度檢測(cè)結(jié)果的補(bǔ)灌技術(shù)研究*

[摘要]針對(duì)鋼筋套筒灌漿連接試件,在出漿孔附近的套筒內(nèi)部設(shè)置不同大小的灌漿缺陷,首先通過(guò)預(yù)埋鋼絲拉拔法對(duì)灌漿缺陷進(jìn)行檢測(cè),然后對(duì)存在灌漿缺陷的套筒在出漿孔管道進(jìn)行擴(kuò)孔注射補(bǔ)灌,最后對(duì)補(bǔ)灌后的試件進(jìn)行單向拉伸試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)研究表明:在套筒出漿孔管道擴(kuò)孔后,采用注射器外接透明軟管進(jìn)行注射補(bǔ)灌,當(dāng)擴(kuò)孔孔道內(nèi)徑與透明軟管外徑之差不小于4mm時(shí),能夠保證灌漿飽滿密實(shí);補(bǔ)灌后試件的強(qiáng)度滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,表明擴(kuò)孔注射補(bǔ)灌具有可行性。本試驗(yàn)采用沖擊鉆配實(shí)心螺旋式鉆頭在套筒出漿孔管道成孔,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)表明后續(xù)可采用手電鉆配空心圓柱形鉆頭成孔。

Experimental study on supplementary grouting technology based on sleeve grouting plumpness testing results by embedded steel wire drawing method

Abstract:For the steel sleeve grouting connection  specimens, different sizes of grouting defects were set in the sleeve near the grouting hole. Firstly, the embedded steel wire drawing method was used to detect the grouting defects, and injecting for supplementary grouting was conducted on the   sleeve outlet pipe  with grouting defects, and finally the one-way tensile test was carried out on the specimens after the injecting for supplementary grouting. The experimental results show that after expanding the hole of the sleeve outlet pipe, the syringe external transparent hose was used for injecting for supplementary grouting, and the grouting can be full and dense when the difference between the inner diameter of the expanded hole and the outer diameter of the transparent hose is not less than 4mm; after injecting for supplementary grouting, the strength of the test specimens meets the standard requirements, which shows that it is feasible for the injecting for supplementary grouting of the expanded hole. In this experiment, the percussion drill with solid screw bit was used to form holes in the pipe with slurry holes. The field test shows that the electric hand drill with hollow cylindrical bit can be used to form holes later.
