中國華電大廈角部懸挑轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的分析與設計

[摘要]中國華電大廈的西南角、東南角、東北角均為懸臂深梁+鋼桁架的轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),承托上部10多層的荷載。轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的存在使轉(zhuǎn)換層的層間剛度和樓層抗剪承載力加大,設計中采取措施使主體結(jié)構(gòu)層間剛度比和層間受剪承載能力比均滿足了規(guī)范的相應指標。對彈性階段懸挑轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的不同部分(混凝土深梁、鋼桁架)分擔內(nèi)力、懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向變形進行分析,采用彈塑性時程分析研究懸挑轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)大震下的性能,對內(nèi)置鋼桁架的混凝土深梁進行有限元分析。最后對西北角的設置斜拉索的懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)在多種工況下的舒適度進行分析。

Analysis and design of corner cantilever transfer structures of China Huadian Building

Abstract:There are the transfer structures of the cantilever deep beam + steel truss in the southwest corner, southeast corner and northeast corner of China Huadian Building to support the loads of the ten upper layers. The existence of the transfer structure increases the interlayer stiffness of the transfer layer and the shear capacity of the floors, so the measures were taken in the design to make the interlayer stiffness ratio and the interlayer shear bearing capacity ratio satisfy the corresponding indexes of the specification. This internal forces shared by different parts of the cantilever transfer structure (concrete deep beam and steel truss) and the vertical deformation of the cantilever structure were analyzed the in the elastic stage. The performance of the cantilever transfer structure under the rare earthquake was analyzed by using the elastic-plastic time-history analysis, and the finite element analysis of the concrete deep beam with built-in steel truss was conducted. Finally, the comfort level of the cantilever structure with stay cables in the northwest corner under various working conditions was analyzed.
